Yesterday, we took our portrait images for the portfolio show. I volunteered to be a photographer along with two other classmates. We came in early and set up lights into ‘butterfly lighting.’ Butterfly lighting is a portrait lighting pattern with the key light placed above and directly centered on a subject’s face. Setting up lighting, white balance, background, etc., was fun. I took images of my classmates. I love taking pictures, so this was a fun thing for me to do. I think the pictures turned out good, now it is time to touch them up and send them in!
